طراحی مدل ارتقای کیفیت حسابرسی مبتنی بر ویژگی‌های شخصیتی حسابرسان

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش طراحی و اعتبارسنجی مدلی برای ارتقای کیفیت حسابرسی مبتنی بر ویژگی‌های شخصیتی حسابرسان و تبیین ابعاد شخصیتی مؤثر بر کیفیت حسابرسی از دیدگاه خبرگان حرفه بود. این پژوهش با رویکرد آمیخته اکتشافی متوالی و بر مبنای پارادایم ساخت‌گرایی اجتماعی انجام شد. در بخش کیفی، داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 19 نفر از خبرگان نظری و تجربی گردآوری و با روش تحلیل مضمون تحلیل شدند. در بخش کمی، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته 34 گویه‌ای مبتنی بر یافته‌های کیفی تدوین و در میان 300 نفر از حسابرسان مستقل و مسئولان شرکت‌های حسابرسی توزیع شد. روایی و پایایی ابزار تأیید گردید و داده‌ها با مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری مبتنی بر حداقل مربعات جزئی تحلیل شدند. یافته‌های کیفی نشان داد کیفیت حسابرسی دارای چهار بعد شامل شایستگی حرفه‌ای، استقلال و اخلاق حرفه‌ای، فرآیند و اجرای حسابرسی، و قضاوت حرفه‌ای و گزارش حسابرسی است. همچنین ویژگی‌های شخصیتی مؤثر بر کیفیت حسابرسی در سه بعد شناختی-حرفه‌ای، هیجانی-رفتاری و اخلاقی-بین‌فردی طبقه‌بندی شدند. نتایج مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد هر سه بعد شخصیتی اثر مستقیم، مثبت و معناداری بر کیفیت حسابرسی دارند. بعد شناختی-حرفه‌ای با ضریب مسیر 0.793 بیشترین اثر را داشت و پس از آن ابعاد هیجانی-رفتاری (0.786) و اخلاقی-بین‌فردی (0.778) قرار گرفتند. شاخص‌های برازش مدل شامل R²=0.679، GOF=0.579 و NFI=0.975 بیانگر برازش مطلوب و قدرت تبیین بالای مدل بودند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد کیفیت حسابرسی صرفاً تابع عوامل فنی و سازمانی نیست، بلکه به‌طور معناداری تحت تأثیر ویژگی‌های شخصیتی حسابرسان قرار دارد. تقویت شک حرفه‌ای، تفکر تحلیلی، ثبات هیجانی، وظیفه‌شناسی، وجدان اخلاقی و صداقت می‌تواند به ارتقای کیفیت حسابرسی منجر شود. مدل ارائه‌شده چارچوبی علمی برای جذب، آموزش، ارزیابی و توسعه حرفه‌ای حسابرسان و همچنین سیاست‌گذاری مؤسسات حسابرسی فراهم می‌آورد.
